Terms of Use

The rules for using the ApplyMyeVisa website, customer portal, and visa support services.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing ApplyMyeVisa online services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or portal.

2. Our role

ApplyMyeVisa provides private visa counselling and document preparation. We are not a government embassy or immigration authority. Final visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government or consulate. We do not guarantee approval, processing times, or entry permissions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.

4. Applications and documents

You confirm that documents and details you upload are genuine and yours to share. False or incomplete information can delay or refuse a visa and may breach local law. You remain responsible for meeting embassy requirements even when we assist with preparation.

5. Fees and services

Service fees, if charged, are for our professional assistance — not government visa fees unless clearly stated. Refund and timeline policies are communicated at purchase or in writing for your case.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, harass staff, or use the service for unlawful travel or identity fraud.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, content, and branding belong to ApplyMyeVisa or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for embassy decisions, third-party portal outages, or losses caused by inaccurate information you provide. Our liability for paid services is limited to fees you paid us for that service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. For questions: hello@ivisanepal.com.
